Engine14 is a classic rock band in the Washington, DC, area: Rob on vocals and drums, Nandan on vocals and acoustic guitar, Arnold on bass, and Jeff on vocals and guitar. We cover the most popular music of the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s - we play music which is familiar, popular, and fun to listen to, all at a sensibly restrained volume level. On Saturday, May 4, 2013, Nandan and Arnold played their first show with Engine14 at The Pub @ Brothers Encore Restaurant in Montclair, Virginia. The band has been a regular presence at The Pub since 2005, consistently bringing customers back for more of the best in live classic rock music!
On St. Patrick's Day, Sunday, March 17, 2013, from 1:00 p. - 5:00 pm, Nandan, Jeff, and some friends performed unplugged classic and modern rock at Public House No. 7, 6315 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22044. In honor of the date, Jeff fitted his Line6 Variax guitar with green strings!
Engine14 on 29 September 2012, playing for 400+ guests at a corporate event held at Joint Base Bolling. We were right at the edge of the Potomac River, with great views downtown on a sunny day!
